T-Level Qualifications

T-levels are government-backed, career focused qualifications for 16 to 19 year olds. They are typically delivered in sixth form school provision or colleges. They are equivalent to three A-Levels.

T-Levels can be used to do a related higher level apprenticeship, and are a great way for finding talent and growing your early career pipeline without extensive recruitment costs.

A T-Level graded at Distinction is equivilant to 3 A* A-Levels.

The T-Level course requires 80% of the time in the classroom and 20% of the time on a 350 hour placement with an employer. Here they put their academic theory to the test in placements set by day release, block or mixed delivery.

Employ a student to do the job they're training for and start your search for Apprentices. The individual is mostly in full-time learning, however a substantial part of their programme is the Industry Placement of around 45 days. As an employer, you could offer a T-Level placement (which is typically unpaid - although you do have the option to pay if you wish which is what we recommend) which will give you early access to the brightest young people entering the market and the opportunity to develop your workforce of the future.
